This high intensity circuit based workout combines strength and cardio exercises and promises to leave you sweaty and smiling.

Box:Core

With no experience needed this total body class combines boxing techniques with HIIT and core exercises. This really is a cardio workout of the highest level.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates is a core focused workout combining low impact, muscular strength and endurance movements. It emphasises posture, core strength and balance.

Zumba

Zumba

This upbeat combines a latin flare with dance moves. With its varied tempo it perfectly embodies interval training into a fun loving workout.

Stretch & Mobility

Stretch & Mobility

Our holistic stretch and mobility class fosuses on recovery and movement. A low impact workout can help you recover and even help improve performace in your other workouts.

Bootcamp:65 is a gym based class designed specifically for those over 65. Using training techniques to focus on improving overall movement along with muscle strength and endurance.

We’ve designed a gym that simplifies your workout, reducing the complicated set up of machines meaning you can spend more time focused on your workout.

This technology allows for a smooth and consistent resistance no matter the speed of movement. The lack of weighted resistance helps protect your joints whilst exercising your muscles. The resistance system has also been conveniently placed for ease of adjustment during the workout.

blended circuit style exercises

Always working out on machines can get boring that’s why we blend circuit exercises throughout your session. From TRX to dumbbells or Floor exercises to slam balls we’ve a wide range of targeted exercises to keep your workout forever interesting. The resistance levels have been correlated across the system so if you’re level 5 on one machine it’s likely you’ll be level 5 across the series.

Whilst only being a small gym we still offer a wide range of cardio machines means you’ll never be stuck for options. From more traditional kit like our cross trainer to more modern interpretations of classics such as our curved treadmill and stepper we have a cardio solution for everyone to enjoy.

easy to use, yet fully supported

The machines have been designed for their ease of use from little or no positional set up to the correlated resistance system that means if you’re level 5 on one machine you’re likely to be level 5 on all machines. This makes it perfect for everyone including beginners. Despite their ease of use we still offer a full induction on how to use all kit within the gym. We also offer regular check ins to ensure you’re progressing.
