This is why ALL of our memberships come with the option of nutritional coaching, our aim is to not only improve what you eat, but to look at your nutrition as a whole and  totally improve relationship with food.

The most important part of any nutritional change is that it needs to be sustainable. How many times have you started a new diet only for it to fail after a few weeks? 

A diet only helps us in the short term, which is fine if we have an event coming up we want to be ‘ready’ for but it doesn’t improve our relationship with food or give us sustainable healthy eating habits. 

Our approach deals with improving your nutrition over a longer period of time. We build sustainable habits to improve your overall health but also allows for some flexibility to enjoy your social environments. This means we can still enjoy LIFE whilst maintaining our healthier lifestyle all year round.

Changing your lifestyle habits is not easy, if it was you’d have probably done it ages ago and wouldn’t be worrying about it now.

As with our Fitness Coaching, we never want you to feel like you’re in this on your own. This is why our Nutrition plans are fully supported by our coaching.

You can get 24/7 access to one of our nutritional coaches, whether it’s face to face in the gym or through social media including WhatsApp and our coaching app. You’ll never have to go without answers to your questions.

Finally, you’ll also have access to our Facebook Group which brings all out nutrition clients together in one place where you can not only share ideas but support each other on your journey.
