Grace Jackson is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. Grace has a keen interest in exercise rehabilitation and has published a paper in the International Journal of Therapy and Rehabilitation. She also has a degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences. Grace is a qualified member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and is trained in the McKenzie approach to lower back pain.
Grace enjoys using both a hands-on and rehabilitative approach to physiotherapy. Each client receives a comprehensive assessment and is fully informed and involved regarding their treatment options. These can include manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, electrotherapy, taping and acupuncture. Treatments are complimented with bespoke online home exercise programmes.
Grace is a fully qualified Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and has completed additional training in antenatal and postnatal Pilates, Pilates for osteoporosis and performance Pilates for horse riders and runners. Pilates can be a great tool for rehabilitating following injury and helping to prevent injury.
Grace offers sports massage. This can be tailored to suit your needs from relieving stress to post marathon muscle soreness.
