The Helping Hand Program is part of your membership, no matter what coaching option you have selected. Its purpose is to provide you with a high level of information and support that you can really build your results from.
At All About Me Fitness, we want you to get the best guidance, support and motivation we can offer throughout your membership and ultimately achieve the results you set out for. The Helping Hand Program was developed to offer you the highest level of support, not only for the first week, but the duration of your membership. Initially, you will get 6 sessions spread out over 4 weeks including; Progress Checks, Goal Setting, Workouts, Nutrition and Lifestyle. Even when your sessions are complete, you’re invited to continue with weekly weigh ins and monthly Progress Checks.
